HR Officer Somerset West Cape Winelands

Our client in Somerset West Cape Wineland is looking for an HR officer with 5 years HR Generalist experience. You need payroll, HR, Recruitment and Selection and BCEA experience.

Min Requirements

HR Certificate/Diploma or Degree

5 years HR Officer / HR Coordinating experience

3 years Payroll experience Wages and Perms

Responsibilities

Assisting the HR Manager with the full Payroll on SAGE 300 (a must have)

Recruitment and Selection - Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.

Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Ensure compliance with employment equity and other relevant legislation.

Onboarding and Offboarding (Exit Interviews)

Employee Relations Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.

Steer Training and Development

HR Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.

Compliance and Legal

Provide general HR support and advice to employees and management.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
