JobListing displays vacancies from the shared JobsDirect feed. Agency vacancies accept applications on JobListing. Other employers may use the application process shown on their role page.

What an application contains

Signing in verifies your identity and email address. Applying shares your name, contact details, location and CV with the recruiting agency named on the form, with your consent.

How your application is processed

JobsDirect securely stores the application and delivers agency applications to MyTalent CRM (MTV2) using the vacancy’s existing agency mapping. MTV2 handles CV parsing and processing against the vacancy and its associated talent pool. A saved or delivered confirmation does not mean parsing is complete.

Your CV stays private

CV files and application payloads are stored privately. JobListing applicants are excluded from public recruiter discovery. If delivery is interrupted, the stored application can be retried without changing your original CV.
