Recruitment Consultant REMOTE Cape Town

FROGG Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 3-5 years recruitment experience. You will do the full 360 recruitment cycle from phoning clients for jobs, to sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing of candidates.

Salary – Basic plus high end commission

Responsibilities

Full 360 recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates

Phoning clients for jobs and new business development

Doing new business and account management

Work on Projects with the clients on new roles

Being proactive setting up meetings to discuss jobs specs and roles

Doing relevant checks, employment references, and closing deals
