We are seeking an exceptional Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the preservation, technical integrity, and day-to-day routine maintenance of residential estate infrastructure. Minimum Requirements:

· Matric with relevant trade qualification – Plumber, Electrician or Technical qualification

· 10+ years Proven experience as a Property/Facility/Estate/Village/ or Maintenance Manager or similar technical supervisory capacity.

· Must have drivers license and own vehicle.

· Strong hands-on technical capabilities across general building trades (Carpentry, Plastering, Painting, Electrical, and Plumbing fault-finding).

· Thorough functional knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHASA) and local building regulations.

· Exceptional computer literacy with basic network, hardware, printer, and CCTV data management familiarity.

· Outstanding leadership (managing 7 staff), budgeting, resource-planning, and contractor-negotiation skills.

· A deeply empathetic, polite approach to resident care, maintaining direct eye contact, active listening, and a prompt conflict-resolution mindset.
